Yakjin is an enterprise engaged in knitwear manufacturing, exporting textiles, and real estate leasing. Opening its first overseas factory, Vina Korea, in Vietnam in 2001, Yakjin expanded its presence globally. Currently, it has overseas production bases in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Haiti. Products produced at these bases are exported to buyers around the world including the United States, Europe, Japan, and China.

Collecting performace data from each local site (Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia) required longer time than expected. However, through delivering effective PoC and addressing quickly to the issues that arose during the project, we were able to deliver the project on time.
As a result, the client was able enjoy improved connection speed and performance at the local sites. The local teams also expressed satisfaction with the outcomes. Effective communication and collaboration with the client contributed to successful project delivery, and we were able to experience that effective communication can also assist in developing high-quality Lesson & Learn solutions.
